How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from Geniu:

1. Send an email to info@geniuai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your business name and contact information
3. We will process your request within 30 days
4. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

• All customer conversation data
• Lead information
• Account settings and preferences
• Analytics and usage data

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., billing records) for up to 7 years as required by law.
